Our sites use an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Within these forms, we collect visitor's contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send promotional material from our property only. We do not share this information with other companies. Customer contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; by requesting to unsubscribe. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this to be processed. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the guest visitor when necessary. We use your IP address, and cookie information to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information only.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. We only use software that meets industry standards and encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
It is our policy to charge, at minimum, the dollar amount of the 1st night' s reservation at the time of booking. We have a 7 day cancellation policy. A reservation must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit amount, less a $10.00 cancellation processing fee. A longer cancellation period, and higher cancellation fee, may be required for group or multiple night bookings. Any reservations cancelled within the cancellation period will forfeit the deposit amount. Refunds will not be given for shortened stays or guest no-shows.
